Insurance Information
Please be sure to bring your insurance card to your appointment, as we will need to make a copy for our records. If you are an existing patient, it is important that our records reflect your most current insurance information.
Copayments and Deductibles
All co-payments are required at your time of service. We accept most traditional forms of payment, including cash, debit cards, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover. Metroplex Medical Centres will submit charges from your visit to your insurance carrier(s). Our billing department will be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding high deductible payments, payment plans, or questions regarding a bill. You can contact our billing office at (214) 580-7277, Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.

At Metroplex Medical Centres, we accept most health insurance plans, including Medicare and Workers Compensation. This is not an exhaustive list and is subject to change, if you do not see your insurance provider or plan listed, please contact our office directly so we can check your coverage for you. Insurance Plans may can be added and removed throughout the year we highly recommended you verify your coverage with our office or with your insurance company provider directory prior to your visit.
