MMCCares - 2014 Highlights
Honduras Medical Mission
Ms. Sneha Patel, joined 44 other volunteers with the Global Brigades chapter at Arizona State University
(ASU) in May 2014, travelling to rural areas in Honduras to provide care to those not fortunate enough to
have access to it.
The group was led by Mr Sameer Kalarn, who was a student at ASU. Since graduating Mr Kalarn is the Clinical
Coordinator at Metroplex Medical Centres. The mission was a success having raised over $65,000 in donations
and countless medications and supplies for use during the trip.
